Personnally, I like Terry McCrann's idea of giving it away. (to every one on the electoral role at a certain time/date, can't sell for 5 years etc etc)
After all, we know that we can't trust the pollies (of either side)with $16 bill., the brokers would be denied their usual, snout in the public trough, and the people would still own it.
