charts look like a descending triangle to me with the base around 47.5., it is quite robust, as the continuing lower highs are becoming evident. this is what gives NMS a bearish signal. descending triangls can signify a continuation of a downtrend (which NMS has had over the past few years) or a reversal of an uptrend (you could argue NMS has been in a 3 month uptrend). technicals look bad for NMS, its definetly bias to the bears at the moment. fundamentals look great tho. if you are an investor i would buy, if you were a trader i would sell. depends what ur time frame is and what u expect out the stock. my 2 cents.
