One thing that concerns me is that so far we have not actually seen an announcement that TZL has applied to the SEC in the US to list on the NASDAQ. The only comparison I am familiar with is CAT (Catuity)....it announced its startegy to dual list on NASDAQ in late 1999, it then announced it had applied to SEC in March 2000 and its was approved in November and trading started on NASDAQ on 1/12/2000.
Are we going to see an announcement that they have applied to move to NASDAQ before the GM on 26 March? Don't hold your breath ... but it does seem extraordinary that we have already been advised that they are consolidating to facilitate the move to NASDAQ and yet they haven't yet applied!!! There's absolutely no other reason to consolidate with only 190m shares on issue.
Come on Chris and Andrew ...let's see SOMETHING!! And Otten needs to do way more IMHO to earn his options bonus.
