Ok back on track
1. We shareholders are the owners of the company and as such the board and management should act on our instructions and represent us ?
2. Management
Directions at the moment do not appear to be in the direction of what we the owners want
3. We can call an EGM to vent our frustrations and remove the board should enough owners ( shareholders agree )
4. It appears management and the current board may be not on tbe same song sheet
5. Ok - management needs to be repaced with a neutral party that knows telco and can continue to grow our core.
6.debt has to be reduced - noteholders need to convert at a discount ( or should we go under zero )
7. Operator has to be parked along with the costly senior management to allow us to go forward.
8. As the core telco is fine whoever is running it be promoted to interim CEO
9. Maybe bring back Bridey ?
10. When this is cleaned up approach ASX for guidance on relisting
