Sure the shares to NMDC and NLC are the plan B to secure $10m ?
Would be very positive to have 2 billion dollar companies as cornerstone investors at 3.3c .
This puts a base on the share price but more important IMO fulfills certain criteria regarding ECT India and R&D overseas ruling.
All IMO.
