WOR notified ASX of Crowley's claim back in October 2015 but have not made any mention since. Yet early this year a judge dismissed on all counts WOR's concerns and the case is set down to be heard in just a few days time.
This case has massive ramifications for WOR yet firm does not consider it merits informing shareholders of its existence. They seem to have their own definition of 'continuous disclosure obligations'.
