I don't think such a lender exists !
Thats why I believe the terms have already been discussed and agreed upon by the lender in advance. Otherwise why would management even bring up such a notion. The idea and terms sound absurd to me and you which gives me such great confidence that there is some really really big piece of the puzzle which the lender knows about that we don't.
In all my time invested in esi, I have never been so confident as since this last announcement, regret selling 20% in the last few weeks.
