AOL Time Warner already has several partnerships with Village:
1: They own half the Theme Parks with Village,
2: The make movies in partnership with Village,
3: Village distributes Warner movies here is Australia and several Asian countries,
4: The both are partners in Warner Village Cinemas, the UK’s largest cinema chain.

After a devastating merger one might consider a takeover of a profitable old economy company like Village. I would expect such a movie next year if The Matrix earn in excess of $2 billion from the box office, Australian economy stays strong and a Tourism boom thanks to Australian Airlines.
