You could be right archer. I'm just wondering what this is all about. They did not have to mention any names to mention that there was, in fact, a 'lender' with whom they were discussing this proposal. That little bit of information is not in the announcement. And, yes, maybe it will be in the next announcement leading up to the EGM! Maybe it is Yes BANK! Maybe, maybe, maybe .... I would have preferred that they'd released an announcement naming a lender, as they did with EFH. That would give me more confidence and less guess work to do.
