Todays the deadline in the Swala announcement.....Swala also said "clearly" the dispute over owed monies by OEL and Tata would also have to be resolved....? Who knows what this disputed amount comes from...Swalas Tanz office expenses...business class airfares? But Swala definitely need Tata...Id imagine in the big picture OEL would have to be mad to worry about a couple of hundred thousand $ if they are staring a farm out in the face. It could also depend on how determined Swala is to get rid of OEL and if they have a contingency plan set up.
Hopefully OEL can work a deal that might involve trading off the legal action. Also no doubt OEL would want a firm commitment from their pendung FO partner b4 passing over the money...
Pretty sure OEL people are in Tanz now....dont think they'd bother if they were going to walk away.
Anyway remains to be seen..could be more to it ....and some comment from OEL would be good if no news comes out in the next 2 days...
