Grant, PDN needs a fast victory, which IMHO I don't think they will get. The offer was placed to close to the ALP conference, so any delays, and everything could change. PDN is not the only hungry uranium stock out there. DML which was taken over by IUC, and is now owned and run by the Ludin family, which are to resources what Frank Lowery is to Real Estate. They own Lundin Mining, Fortress Minerals, and many many other Canadian resource companies. Billionaires. Then there is Mega and LAM to mention a couple of others. The dislike between the 2 companies is growing by the day, not a friendly merger PDN got with Resolute for Valhalla. IMHO, if SMM has got to go, they will look for a white knight, and there are plenty in the uranium field if Alan Eggars wants a better price and with another company. IMHO.
