Ann: Senetas Market Update, page-95

Regarding The Listing Rules that  require public listed  companies in Australia  to disclose information to the market " that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the company's securities.”
As a reasonable person I feel that Senetas has not complied with the above, I would like to see  the ASX being notified and the directors asked to answer as to why  they have not made any public  announcement regarding their CN9001 Cryptology Server which as their American Selling Agent ( GEMALTO ) has been advertising as being  Certified by FIPS * and NOW  available to be purchased. ( * under completion process by FIPS )
Regarding the SP price – it seems to be a joke, that a company worth 90 million dollars+ with 20 million dollars in cash – owing no money and will have a 6 month earnings of around 1 million plus is only worth 0.093 cents.
