People were told to 'hold on' for the recovery back to $8 at $3, $1, 50c, 25c and now 18c.....
Investing on perceived 'feel good' emotions and just expecting a stock to get back to a previous higher price when the business is in far worse shape is amateur at best. Advising other people to do the same is well.... Irresponsible as you said.
