    without knowing at what prices D4E would occur, it is not obvious that all shareholders would lose. If is was to happen, the recapitalization should occur below 20 cents. I do not think that will happen. I am sure management will rather choose VA than issuing billions of shares to lenders. I bet that D4E will happen at a much higher price.
