Good work Dan, I think from what has been posted the company may be in for a fight......
Contrary to what has been posted, the current board will get support from Gas, they have numerous partnerships (specifically WW) whereas Merchant Corporate (Dan Fraser) are corporate consultants/advisors to BGS as well as a couple of others WW is involved in, they also increased the holdings recently (after the share price peaked, just prior to the then failed Li sale (take from that what you want)) Sprott also exercises options and appears to have not sold them down, WW did get a nice deal from them off market when the Li acquisition was announced, so no doubt, they have possibly brought back in to support the current board.
Between them 2 holders and the current board, they will be holding approximately 30+ million shares IMO, so once again it is important that ALL share holders regardless of amount holding get your votes in.
For every 1 vote for, the need 1 to counter..........
