Seems to me Growler has a point. Are we paying for separate advisors...with unclear or overlapping roles/performances...along with their requisite fees/rewards? On the surface there appears to be a duplication of advisory services and fees. And yes, corporate governance relies heavily on transparency. In which case a clarifying statement from the co would be helpful.
