Don't get ahead of yourself, finance decision is prior to RAP cost. I know it's confusing, but it's RAP completion (the P stand for Plan, not Payment so no we wont be paying $1m or $5m yet or whatever the valuation is), then comes UFK application, then finance approval, then we'll worry about your RAP costs. If the cost is $1m we have funds, or if $5m it'll be factored into our funding capex. If you don't believe this then sell or don't buy, it's your call what you do, dyor.
