Agree. Any advisor who thinks they deserve to be remunerated for such an appalling insidious CN is a disgrace.
At the very least all the 115m options should be pro Rata to the actual amount raised. Lord knows how we ended up with AL as Chairman/CEO and in charge of capital raising with advisors on tap.
The maths of the CN are just so bad no sensible or financially literate person would agree such a deal.
