the MLSO holders are effectively capping the stock price by giving it a two-three tick arbitrage opportunity
people can buy MLSO at 1/1.1c on market, pay another 0.3c for conversion to fully paid ordinaries, so total cost of 1.3/1.4c each share, they then sell on market at 1.5/1.6c, rinse and repeat, goes to buy MLSO again
and they say thank you very much for the free 2 ticks profits every time
thats what the previous couple of 3Bs are about
MLSO people just keep giving 2 ticks arbitrage opportunities for people to buy options, convert and sell the heads, but it creates selling pressure on the heads.
