Will be interesting to see what happens to SP when this is re-activated. Yes huge dilution but debt free, cash in the bank and potentially 4 more powerboxes on the way. ECM have done a huge amount of due diligence work and the way they upped the ante at the death to take control has to be a positive, they know exactly what they've bought. I'd be betting that there's been a fair bit of business development work done over the past couple of months in readiness for re-launch.
