Yep, that (the debt) is the proverbial elephant in the room. The ball would appear to be in the lenders hands and they may well do that, fix it, streamline it, and exit their position either by direct sale or by putting it back on the ASX.
The real question isn't whether it is possible, it is whether it is probable and that can only be answered by the individual investor/interested observer. I would however imagine that the lenders are thinking of this in terms of probabilities of outcome and not possibilities of outcome and those invested could do worse than to mull that over while you are deciding how you are going to manage your own investment in this stock.
