5 - AQUISITIVE Toronto-listed Mega Uranium is set to purchase Glengarry Resources' uranium assets at its Greenvale project in Queensland for just over $A5 million but investors did not take well to the news, wiping off 18% of Glengarry's share price this morning.


In an announcement released earlier today, Glengarry said it had signed a sale agreement with Mega Uranium for consideration of 750,000 Mega shares and a 1% net smelter royalty on any future uranium production.

Based on current prices for Mega shares and the exchange rate, Glengarry said the deal was valued at $5.02 million.
