Interesting about the email responses as if that was in early 2016? about the accounts and the way they were presenting it would be good to have an idea as to what they were telling different folk. Was it just a dismissive tone or was it the content or lack of it?

You are a lucky man not to have ridden this down.
What reason do you guess for the fall? -
Court case dragging it down?
Poor sales?
Poor marketing strategy?
Poor communication?
Just too big a rewards for management and staff and none for holders?
Unknown about expansion as keep giving different directions?
How do you think they will go in Australia and do you think they will import enough and do enough social media to actually get a take up over and above the loyal generation? f they can't get a buzz in USA then they have a chance in OZ but it is all about execution and not just throwing $ at it?

Interested in any comments especially as research reports on YOW website seem to have gone walkies? Are they out of date and now awaiting new reports- withdrawn by brokers or by YOW as it is obvious now some info in them can't have been right?
