Although this is a positive announcement as it means the Government is no longer an issue.
The reason the share price is being held back is because cash flow is tight and a cap raise will be needed very soon.
The big boys are holding fire for now. I know I'm not buying anymore at these levels. I will wait for next cap raising and get stock at a discount to market, hopefully the 3.3c range, and get better set for the long haul.t
