I reckon Modi will be a tick and flick as both NLC & NMDC have started the project already without his signature. Probly does not need his signature anyway?
NMDC & NLC heads sigs needed only IMO.
Its a formality in my very own opinion, backed up by legal scrutiny has been okayed and the project is under way already to keep the timeline.
Thats Modis influence I reckon, get things happening while we catch up on the paperwork (that has already been approved by all parties in principle with legal status provisioning) Tick & flick Mr Modi, and thanks so much, we look forward to dealing with you and your transitioning country.
