Sadly a week after Toby pumped up very bullishly a deal by end of year he was selling not a small portion of shares but over half by 31/12/16 and this is after he and board sold shares in late 2015 (6.3m pre sell down)and said no more selling in foreseeable future ...but that didn't happen .
Toby and Mike sold weeks after pumping us all up in August then Chilcot flipped more days after receiving them later.
After Xmas they really should have announced and update that agreements have stalled but they didn't and TC kept selling.
They have preserved the marketed to sell into and that is very bad and may attract ASIC for review. Im referring it to ASIC
Toby had 6.3m shares at oct 2015 then 2.3m shares at 31/12/16. That's a massive sell down and under non disclosure when he removed himself from board. Clearly trying to hide his sell down further.
6.3m then pump up so bullishly then sell a week later it's a no brainer
TC best you left as it a trust thing and you broke it selfishly.
