VVW665 are you getting mad enough to sell me your shares cheaply tomorrow morning? Please? I did ask politely.
If management have been in talks re finance once the license was announced on the DMP site, they are possibly still at work putting finishing touches on announcement along with the finance stuff, so just didn't get everything prepared in time to release by the 8.30 cut off time for announcements.
If you choose not to sell to me cheaply, I suspect you will have an announcement and a smole by the end of the day tomorrow.
