Andy Well now basically has 12 months of production left. I am still not sure why Andy Well's reserves have so dramatically disappeared. I guess they just cannot get the running costs of the plant any lower..?
Sure, they may be able to add Gnaweeda, but that is not a given, and even then, how much extra mine life could be in that smallish deposit.
So the question is, what is DRM worth with just Deflector? E/V is approx $180m even with the copper credits. Until Deflector can prove itself, I just cannot see the market valuing DRM at higher than $100-120m. So... I think the share price is really going to suffer. Somehow some of this news must have been known by others, why else the consistent selling.....
Damn.
