Here is another way of thinking.
SGH market cap at the time of UK buy out
2.5 billion dollars.
deduct 1.2 billion dollars from it
= 1.3 billion dollars.
deduct another 100 for restructuring.
=1.2 billion.
still 3 dollars per share.
