Does the project work continue, at all? Who will continue the administrative business? Aren´t there anymore meetings? Will the capital of the company be frozen in by the Iranian government, because of United Nations sanctions contra Iran? As shareholder of the company I would appreciate more transparency. However, I still believe in the project and admire your work.

There is project work continuing on looking at lower capital cost options, especially heap leaching, which seems a good option for processing oxide ore. However, basically the feasibility study is completed and once the joint venture company in Iran, MZC is given the Exploitation Licence to which they are entitled, then the next stage of the project can commence.

We have a strong board of directors and administration team, capable of performing the duties required.

I risk of the investment being frozen is limited, as the full amount of the investment is fully protected under the Iranian Foreign Investment laws.

I am sure that you would like more transparency. However, Please appreciate that we are dealing with a dispute and the party in which we are in dispute, regularly reads our website.
