That's a good question and I truly don't know the answer especially when there are squillions of stocks
out there that have worse prospects and yet just on HC alone they are discussed and ramped daily.
Although there are signs of that changing with Friday and Monday's volumes being the highest in over 4 months....so even you must consider that it could be all changing.
Plus, for the 1st time in many months the buying depth has finally considerably dwarfed the selling depth.
