Management are clearly aware of the funding issue (well, at least, the perception of an "issue"). My read on this, they have a few options on the table currently and are chiseling them down to get the best terms. If you are going to wait for the announcement on this and then buy, be prepared to pay +$2. You will still do well with a buy price of +$2, I just like todays price a lot more.
