I'm hoping there is a rational reason for raising now and that it's enough of a sweetener to justify the raise.
If it's just as a contingency with no sweetener thats hugely disappointing as they obviously aren't that confident in the initial drilling campaign (which is sufficiently funded) we have been expecting an announcement on commencement. Previous tone has been positive so why the shift in sentiment?
There has to be significant justification for raising now or managements credibility is shot.
