Blackmarlin you have to take into account cash. You dont subtract it from market cap but when you do.. it shows the true value of what the market is valuing the company without its cash. For eg..Arrow energy have what..80 million at bank. to get a fair SP you always must look at cash at bank. If ERN had 200k in the bank they wouldn't be looking as good as they do right now. They have enough money to fund themselves for quite some time and the SP will appreciate before anymore cash needs to be raised hence less dilution. Its pretty easy to see that ERN are in a very good position especially after the last announcement. They actually have a high priority target to drill now..no time wasting. They can get straight into it.
