i think one thing that needs to be taken into account - telcos would wear appraisal costs and implementation via time spent by management and internal procedures - so there has to be some substance for them to sign on the dotted line.

i can understand the frustration - some time frames have slipped - but if they sign a few major US telcos then it will change the shape of the company.

don't do dummy spits due to the share price - yes it hurts but look at the progress of the company. each quarter should be more progress.
