I want three things changed:
1. AL removed as Chairman and CEO and made BDM no hands on capital management initiatives
2. All the BOD to take a 50% pay cut till this company can afford these salaries and benefits and revenue sufficiently can justify
3. Cut out the stupid bonus structure for raising funds and the liberal handout of options etc to so called advisors
Appoint a director with capital management/ commercial skills
