Bell Potter biotech analyst Linda Ong rated the stock a "buy two", upgrading its valuation to $1.57, after the stock went into a trading halt late last week at 68¢.
Avexa, which has more than doubled its share price this year, is expected to return to trading tomorrow after it has finalised the terms of its capital raising.
