Negative 57.14%
Neutral 3.17%
Relative value to what's going to happen with the SP.. zero, zip, nada, nothing.
When SMN lands a significant contract no chart will have predicted it. Just because they look bad right now doesn't mean they will always. Charts are a history book, not a crystal ball.
Ill be back in on the first signing. SMN is one of those stocks that can change the world if they just get that foothold.
