Not saying he won't Ginger , I was just pointing out if there was a suitor looking at A2M for a take-over , or even an inkling that this was in the wind , why would you sell a large chunk of your holding , when a take-over offer will attract a premium for your shares. I would have thought that the BOD would be the first to hear of any take-over rumours. They are his shares and can do want he wants with them , but my point is relevant imo.
