Lol - one half of no EBIT growth does not equal a no growth company . Revenue grew and next 6 months costs will be hit so expect EBIT to improve. The business is scalable and thus growth will come from expansion .
I think it's a very reasonable bet at these levels
I recall years ago aristocrat has a bad half and drops 25% on a day . It went to 80c . What is it today . Similar story with ORI and BXB .
It did disappoint but I agree with the view there isn't bad assets , just bad prices . At 4 dollars it was priced for very solid growth . At 280 good growth. At 1.80 it's priced as though there will be no growth which I think won't be the case. Debts low - dividends reasonable and PE now also good . Decent value down at these levels. Don't expect a big bounce but I think 1.80- 2.10 is where it will stabilise
