So now that the announcements have been made, my thoughts on the situation is that with another year of loss and down sizing share price fair value sits about the 91c range. A company having to off load assets and interests to have cash flow is one that is in trouble, looking over the report it has down sized and offloaded assets and interests and mixed this into its cash flow, not good. However there is good news. It shows that ratings coupled with Stan subscription and other interests are growing. This is very good new for future share price which should see a decent recovery. However for now, with the cut in dividend pay and losses on books my prediction of fair value with a falling earnings per share price would put the price between 86c and 91c for the time being.
