I have one last question/concern, and I know it's a touchy subject so I appreciate anyone's opinion or input on the matter.
Funding. As best I can tell, we have a $300m company here with ~$2 million in cash as of last report. I understand the options situation and that they're being converted on a consistent basis, however from past experience I know that is not exactly reliable funding. Any prospective buyer who'd be willing to sign an off take agreement here would want the company to be well capitalized in order to ensure they can meet their obligations.
So, with all of that said, is anyone expecting a capital raise in the very near future? Keep emotion aside (I know it's hard), but Im concerned that if they wait too long they'll be faced with a very unfavorable market price. The final nail in the coffin here would be a cap raise in the 40's IMO, if they still haven't secured any agreements.
