This is interesting for a number reasons.
The likes of Coles and Woolworths need to reduce prices from reduced wage costs with a full transparent business view customers can view.
Otherwise better off going to Aldi where there is less money going to the elite!!. If you shop at Aldi you are less likely to wreck the culture of a harmonious society. They are more accountable, less allowable theft perpetuity the corrupt bringing society down, less likely to prop up rich executives within Aust. borders fuelling the divide between the haves and have nots.
A lot of people who work in hospitality a students and so forth more likely to spend back into hospitality and retail meaning lower consumption.
Effectively this means we are closer to revolution as the divide between the haves and have nots is greater particularly with low interest rates and low incomes versus other inflated assets classes seeking rental returns!
Coffee shops on weekends etc.. should be dropping prices to!!
