why then fishhead did a recent survey of global mining excutives blame "usual" govt intervention as a reason not to invest in WA
WA was ranked one of the worst states for exploration
if the section in Mining Act concerning forfeiting of leases in not renewed correctly considered a "whim" why not just delete it and once you have for lease pegged it's yours for life......
