Anybody who sees any upside in this announcement is fooling themselves. $45mill my ass. There is no guarantee of so much as one cent in cash in this "sale". Not one cent!

Let's see; we own shares in a company which is only staying afloat by asking its increasingly reluctant shareholders to give them more money and a director who for whatever reason is ploughing more money into it.

But wait, here's the good news! We are hiving off what was trumpeted as a prime asset to a penny dreadful in Canada nobody has ever heard of in return for shares in their worthless company! Oh yeah!

Nice one, guys. Whatever you can get for your shares in this mob take it. This particular "no-brainer" is on a one way route to oblivion. Mr Bizzell has alread ridden the route once with Sirocco; I wonder what the company will be called next time it floats through the back door?
