Don't know where you get your info from but I totally disagee...
WES won't get there tenements back as it's against the Mining ACT and the government can't afford to make another incorrect decision(CAZ) as the whole foundation of keeping tenements structured with obligations will fall to... "If it's lapsed then we'll just get it back"
The whole structure can't and wont come to that...
