I agree that they need to grow and increase profitability, as I've mentioned above. The spin off is not a solution for a dead cat bounce. I agree with tamz that bringing in top notch talent is a way to turn the business around.

Look at RXP. I bought in at $0.35 after a failed first half and walked away with +200% 18 months later - identical story and ironically the RXP CEO is a younger brother of Glenn Fielding, who is an absolute heavy hitter in IT consulting.

Why is spinning off good news? Look at where PSZ is listed on ASX - in terms of the industry. Place the new stock under IT and automatically get following and coverage by every Jack and Joe.

PSZ as this parent entity will only benefit from it, obviously by paying off debt and distributing ownership to existing shareholder base.

I think Comms business will be flogged off as soon as it's restructured and back to a decent level of profitability to concentrate on a core business (Security) and a cash cow (IT consulting).

Markets are inefficient. Arbitrage opportunities exist all over the place, and luckily for all of us - the situation at the moment only points one way - UP.

There is only one way to find out where this stock stands in a year's time.

One thing I will do (as I'm sure any shareholder of PSZ) is not allow Kevin McLaine to be a non-exec director for much longer.
