these could be the directors options approved at last years AGM for up to 9.1 mill options to be issued at up to 25% above average SP (5 days prior to issue) these could be issued up to 3 years from the meeting.
If this is the case they need to clarify it quickly. At least if so these options weren't issued at the price prevailing in May June 2006 . Note only 1,210,000 options were issued at 34c in June 2006 of the 9.1 mil approved.
