Are you serious comments like that are not valid or accurate it's just how the market works across the board it's nothing new to see capital being raised into a strengthening story not only does it bring in cash but hopefully beefs up the register with bigger players? I think that the placement will go to high value investors at around 8 cents and then open higher off the back of ruby sales and aquisition news.
