    Sydney - Wednesday - March 21: (RWE Aust Business News) - Quantum
    Energy's (ASX:QTM) subsidiary in China has obtained a licence to
    manufacture and export certain medical products.
    It is now in a position to pursue manufacturing opportunities in
    China and is in discussions on the issue.
    Quantum shares were steady at 10c.
